General Terms

  • Any complaints and queries contact or write us.
  • The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.
  • The Ticket booked is not transferable.
  • Please carry a valid photo id while traveling.
  • Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
  • The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
  • Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
  • Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
  • Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
  • 1.The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare would be allowed.

  • 3.Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage belongings inside the bus/ counter office.
  • 4.The ticket(s) are only valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
  • 5.Tickets are not transferable. The management reserves the right to alight passenger(s) who are travelling on incorrect tickets details, disturbing the co-passengers, found drunk, with no refund.
  • 6.The Management reserves the rights to cancel postpone change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason .and to change the sitting arrangements in case of any emergency.
  • 7.Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late. No claims for will be accepted thereafter.
  • 8.Contraband, explosive article smoking & consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach.
  • 9.There is no refund on cancellation of Pre/Postponed tickets.
  • 10.For counter ticket(s) cancellations or any other changes, the customer has to visit any nearest management office(s) with ticket(s) and telephonic requests will not be entertained.
  • 11.Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payments. ( Depending Upon Seat Availability).
  • 12.The claimed amount shall be credited through the same mode of payment through which payment is done within 8 to 10 working days, after the refund is initiated.
  • 13.For children above 5 year full ticket compulsory, Without ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof can Be Asked).
  • 14.If booked coach gets cancelled/changed, different seats can be allocated in the assigned coach.
  • 15.Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while journey
Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation has per cancellation policy of respective ticket.
  • Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
  • Partial cancellations will be refunded immediately
  • It Is Rights of Spectra Connect To Change Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To Notice
  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only, In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
  • On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 3 To 10 working days in source payment.
  • Ticket once transferred cannot transferred or cancelled again.
